(1) We at commercial Auto Body and Paint LTD would like you to have the best possible repair job. To accomplish this we would like you to know the repairs the repairs that have been performed by Commercial Auto Body and Paint LTD as listed on the attached repair estimate are guaranteed for as long as you own your car, Other items on the estimate such as Parts and Sublet Labor are subject to Guarantee of those suppliers. (2) Parts or materials used will be of the finest quality obtainable and will be subject to the guarantee of that supplier. We will assist you in handling any claim under the supplier's guarantee. Used parts will not be utilized unless specifically authorized and these parts are not covered under this warranty. Any Body or Paint work covered by this guarantee will be re-done at our expense, or at our option a refund or adjustment of the purchase price for that portion of the work in question. (3) Rust repairs are not covered by this or any other guarantee. (4) Any failure due to lack of maintenance, additional accident, theft, or vandalism damage, or from normal wear and tear, are excluded from this guarantee. (5) This document which is non-transferable, is a complete and exclusive statement between customer and repairer, and contains all the representations of the parties. This guarantee shall not be varied, supplemented, qualified, or interpreted by any prior course of dealing between the parties or by any usage of trade. (6) This guarantee will only by honored at COMMERCIAL AUTO BODY & PAINT LTD.
